Taipei Metro & Pokémon Air Adventures carriages !
From Autumn 2022, Taipei Metro's MRT Danshui Xinyi Line started operating carriages with exteriors done up in original Pokémon Air Adventures designs.
Designs featuring Pikachu and friends
These images depict Flying Pikachu and Shaymin soaring across the sky. As these Pokémon glide through the air, you can travel right beside them all around the city of Taipei! You won't find designs featuring Taipei's famed fireworks and nighttime view anywhere else!
The carriages are full of Pokémon too!
The carriages, which have a unique Pokémon Air Adventures livery on the outside, are full of Pokémon too! The walls, floor, windows, and more will be covered with all kinds of Pokémon, so you’ll be surrounded by them as you ride! Look out for the carriages starting October 21, 2022!
